I first met Charlotte Maulsby 8 years ago. My mother had several homes on a piece of property that needed to be sold as one piece. We had several agents over 2 years trying marketing it for us with no success. Charlotte’s name was given to us by a friend. There were several problems that where family matters that came up. Charlotte pulled eveything together. She also sold my mother’s home in Kirkland. Charlotte sold our townhouse and worked with us in buying our new house. Her advice on staging our townhouse and determining the realistic selling price worked so well the house sold in 5 days. There were problems with the physical condition of the new home (the house was built in about 1900) that we wanted to buy.Charlotte again worked with us and the selling realtor to identify the problems with the house and helped to reduce the price. The day before closing on our townhouse there was a missunderstanding about our plugged-in wall lamp. Charlette explained it as best as possible to the selling realtor that it did not belong with the townhouse.
Because of the good price on our townhouse we have been able to make necessary, professional and complete updates to the old house. We appreciated the way Charlotte communicated with us, worked to get our loan, and negotiated the selling and buying of our two homes.
